By using Noda, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we think you should actually be able to read the things you agree to.
Noda is a macOS application for visual thinking. You can use it for free with no account required. If you choose to upgrade to Pro or Lifetime, you'll need an account.
You're responsible for your account security. Use a strong password. Don't share your login. The usual sensible stuff.
Use Noda for thinking, planning, organizing, creating — whatever helps you work. Don't use it to do anything illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights. Don't try to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our services.
Everything you create in Noda is yours. Your canvases, notes, and ideas belong to you. We don't claim any ownership over your content. Since your data is stored locally on your Mac, you're in full control.
Pro ($7.99/month or $59.99/year): Billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Lifetime ($99 founding price): One payment. Yours forever. No recurring charges.
We offer a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all paid plans. If Noda isn't right for you, email us at hello@thinknoda.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no hassle.
If you cancel Pro, you keep everything you created. Your canvases stay on your Mac. You lose access to Pro features (AI brain dump, Focus Mode, premium templates) but your data is never deleted or held hostage.
You can stop using Noda at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms (the acceptable use stuff above). If we do, we'll tell you why.
Noda is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect or uninterrupted. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or in the app. Your continued use of Noda after changes means you accept the new terms.
