No. Noda stores everything locally. The AI runs on Apple's Foundation Models directly on your Mac — no API calls, no cloud processing, no data sent anywhere.

What Macs does Noda support?

Noda runs on any Mac with macOS 14+. AI features require Apple Intelligence support (M1 chip or later, macOS 15+). Everything else works on any supported Mac.

Can I use Noda on iPad or iPhone?

macOS only right now. We'd rather do one platform really well than five platforms poorly. iOS is on the roadmap.

You keep your canvases and everything you created. You just lose access to AI features and sync. No data is deleted.
